Shells: A Pop-Up Book of Wonder (4 Seasons of Pop-Up)

Book was well written and included 7 pages of intricate, detailed, colorful pop ups! I wasn’t happy with the shipping method as it was a thin bag with no bubble wrap or cardboard…it arrived with a 1/2” hole in the bag , but luckily, no damage to the book.

The best gift for children. This is my fourth purchase. My niece and nephew loved them the last time and we had a great time exploring and reading them together. Gives a lot of options to engage children. I wish there were more pop up books by this author. They literally open magnificent and beautiful worlds before children's eyes.

Got this for my daughters 4 th birthday, i previously got the floral book for her third birthday. It is beautiful and a bit delicate but not near as delicate as the floral book, which is nice because I teacher her to be gentle but the book itself is still sturdy.

A perfect birthday gift for a very inquisitive child! This book is beautiful and engaging.

My sister made a video of my mother looking through this book, which was a birthday/Mother's Day gift, that I wish I could share but cannot figure how to transfer it from my phone to my laptop - she was absolutely delighted with it. She has vascular dementia and is losing her ability to speak coherently, but she slowly read the text outloud and kept holding the book up to my sister saying, "Wow, look at this!" She has become very childlike and she was genuinely tickled by the pop-up creatures. I think this is a book that's best read with your loved one, so you can help with turning the pages and read along. Such a beautiful book, I might buy another copy for myself!

So, as stated, the book is gorgeous. Beautiful pop-ups, and even some other movements that are just so awesome, but unfortunately, I docked a star because there is a tear on the last pop up page. It’s a Christmas gift for my own young daughter, so I’m keeping it so she can have it to open on Christmas, but I’m quite bummed by the tear. Will be purchasing others from this collection and I do recommend it for any other book lovers, enthusiasts, etc.

This is a beautiful pop up book. It is well designed and engineered. You can give this pop up book to an adult or child. I know either will definitely fall in love with this book.
