Ready for sleep, a workout, or a sleepwalking workout.
Waited about a month after ordering this before posting the review. I love this headband. I am a TV sleeper and my wife most certainly is not. So I have been using ear buds to sleep. That has caused a development of ear wax and pimples in the ear canal. These are very comfortable, and I have a sizable noggin. First time set up was a breeze and they sound good. It isn't noise canceling but it is a soft sound to go to sleep to. They would also be good for things like running. Enough sound so you can hear what you're listening to, but can also hear the world around you in case of dangers. The battery life on these are great. I turn them on before going to sleep and the battery will last for about 3 nights of sleep before needing recharged. The only problem I have is that it slips off my head when I'm tossing and turning before drifting off to sleep sometimes, but again sizable noggin. For how much was paid for them and how good of quality they are, I would certainly buy them again.

Ah, the Perytong Sleep Headphones—an absolute triumph of modern ingenuity wrapped in soft, stretchy splendor! Darlings, I simply refuse to travel without this magnificent contraption hugging my aristocratic brow. Whether I’m soaring through the skies or attempting to doze in the cacophonous chaos of a hotel infested with toddlers and questionable plumbing, this headband is my salvation. With white noise serenading me directly into each ear canal like a whispered lullaby from a silk-gloved valet, I am utterly impervious to snoring seatmates, wailing babies, or the alarming nocturnal symphony of raccoons outside one’s Airbnb. Truly, it blocks out everything short of a brass band performing Wagner.Sleek, stylish, and gloriously effective—it’s like having one’s own butler hum you to sleep on demand. Five out of five stars, and I’d give it a sixth if it also brewed a cup of Earl Grey.

Surprisingly good!
I wanted to wait to have a few months of use before writing my review. I was highly skeptical because of the price. It took me a minute to get used to having nothing in my ears (which is exactly why I bought these!), but these are very comfortable. I use them nightly to listen to my sleep app and I sleep in them all night long. Sound quality is very good and my husband who is a very light sleeper absolutely cannot hear them, I still ask him periodically and no. I was super surprised with the sound quality they weren’t blasting outside the band. They do not however, provide any noise canceling so if you need that, maybe not for you. Battery life is pretty good, I can get three full nights of listening before charging (regularly an hour a night…could be up to 2-4 hours per night if I lay wake). Super comfortable cotton strap, but my one complaint is that the strap could be a little tighter, but not an issue once I get settled in and I could easily sew a pin in them and fix this. I wouldn’t use these for exercising as I don’t think they would stay on well. These are great for sleeping and amazing for the price if you have trouble sleeping with ear pods inside your ears. Full disclosure , I haven’t washed them yet as I don’t want to deal with feeding all the parts and pieces back into the band and I don’t think I will ever. Honestly, for the price I’ll just buy another pair. I recommend these!

Helps me fall asleep
I found these to be very comfy when laying on my side to sleep, which is why I bought these. I've been having trouble sleeping and someone suggested yoga nidra. I wanted to listen to yoga nidra but not disturb my husband. These work perfectly for this use. I was hesitant to buy any headphones because I really just don't like headphones. But these, I love! I never thought I would say that about headphones. I even wear them around the house listening to podcasts. I think the sound quality is good, I'm pretty sensitive to sound so I don't need much. However when you turn it up to max volume it makes an ear piercing sound to let you know that it's at full volume so that kind of sucks. Being that I bought these only for sleep and now wear these as my go-to headphones I would say the value for money is excellent. I sleep hot, perimenopausal lady, and sometimes they bother me and sometimes they don't. It's worth it to me regardless because they help me sleep. And no they are NOT noise cancelling. I can still hear my husband snoring.

Super comfortable. Long term quality is ehhhh....
So I have anxiety and really struggle with that, especially at night. I've found listening to white noise, meditations, or similar things really help me fall asleep faster. I have a roommate so I don't want to play them out loud and disturb them. Enter these headphones. The battery life is decent, and I can usually go 2-3 days between them charging as long as I set a auto-stop timer on my audio. I'm a side sleeper and don't really feel these at all, and they don't disturb me when I sleep. That being said, I tend to buy these in sets of twos. One to use and one as a backup because the wires in the headphones are SUPER thin (think traditional wired earbuds thin). In theory that shouldn't be a problem, but I toss and turn in my sleep and often wake up with the headphones not on my head. After a while the wires take a beating, especially around the actual speakers and the charging port. Eventually the plastic coating breaks, the wire is exposed, and a speaker gives out or they stop charging. But they're so darn comfortable and have helped me sleep so I'm willing to put up with it.
