This book is quite good! Full of case studies, analysis, and the author’s own stories, I definitely highlighted a LOT of great info.

I bought a new copy. It's a very small book with tiny font. The back of the book states: "This edition is for sale in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Not for export elsewhere". There are many pages missing, for example, page 66 skips to page 79, and page 90 skips to page 97.It's a shame, really. I've enjoyed reading the book so far but the fact that there are missing pages is completely unacceptable.
