There were really great beginner kegel balls,they are easy to use ,and they really work help strengthen the pelvic wall.I can handle the first one in half an hour,next week I will go the second.Now,I feel that my body is beginning to become better,my cough is beginning to decrease,and the leakage of urine is to ease. I believe taht I will get better ,keep exercising for my heath.

I bought this because I sometimes have pee come out when I laugh hard. The first 2 weeks was weird whenever I inserted. It didn't hurt I was just extremely aware that it was in me.
