I used this under my hula hoop for 30 minutes a day for around a week and there is already a noticeable different in my waist. It’s comfortable whilst also supporting your back and cinching in your waist. I ordered a XL (I am UK18-20 for reference) this is generously sized on me. Great value for money and does make you sweat!

I use this in the gym for strength training a day cardio work. It provides great support and also helps with weight loss when doing cardio. It is very well made my only niggle is that the velcro on smallish frames leaves surplus on the belt which makes it look rather lumpy under my gym gear but not a big deal really.

The belt does work, I have been using it for a few weeks and it is great, it us adjustable very easily with the velcro on the side and it keeps my tummy in during work outs. I have only used it while working out because I find it too bulky to use under normal clothes.

I have bought other back supports in the past and they have not lasted long and lacked the support because the Velcro kept undoing under load.This support has very strong Velcro and gives your whole lower back great support.Very impressed with and have bought another one for my wife.We are regular gym goers and use this back support regularly on the lower weights before jumping up to the proper leather belts.I always bought another brand of belts off Amazon that were good a few years ago but have gone really down hill now. They are nearly double the price of these belts too. But the Velcro is very poor on them so much so I have had to put jean buttons on there to wear it and as you can see from their pictures the belt on the left the blue one is all distorted along its length and does not comfortably fit you like this belt does.These belts are far superior to the other more expensive belt in every way.Highly recommend this belt for any one who needs serious proper back support.

After reading such great reviews thought I'd give it a go but was really disappointed. Worn for a few days now and it's really uncomfortable! Thought maybe it takes time to adjust but it leaves blooded scratch marks on my belly and the belt doesn't stay in place keeps folding. Not for me think I'll stick to my latex one.

Also optisch ist das Teil ein Hinkucker. Ich habe auch andere Gürtel. Also hier werden drei Lagen gewickelt. Das bedeutet optisch macht das Teil beim Tragen erstmal nicht schlanker. Es hat jedoch einen angenehmen Tragekomfort, bin zwar ein Mann, aber was soll man tun? Das Teil ist auch in der Gesamtlänge bis zu einem gewissen Bauchumfang stabil in der Befestigung. Heißt verrutscht nicht und geht auch bei einer tiefen Bauchatmung nicht auf. Wenn dann noch Ernährung, Bewegung und die mentale Einstellung stimmen, garantiert kein Fehlkauf. Die psychologische Wirkung würde ich keinesfalls unterschätzen, wenn man statt über Kilos sich über den Bauchumfang definiert. Herr Lagerfeld hat es ja auch mit der Definition über seine Kleidergröße geschafft, ausschließlich Wohlbefinden in sein dann neues Körpergefühl zu zaubern?

Lässt sich gut tragen, man schwitzt viel. Erfolg hat er bis jetzt noch nicht gebracht. Ist aber ideal auch für die Rückenstabi.

Jag har beställt ett Larg min storlek och den passar ganska bra. Beställ en storlek större skulle jag rekommendera.

Bauchweggurt ist empfehlenswert und die Größentabelle stimmt und meine Wunschgröße passt, der Gürtel entlastet auch gut den Rücken.
