Was falling apart and very cheaply made. Do not order this junk

The hat definitely served it purpose, it was for a gag, it looked just like the picture, but they packed it in an Amazon paper bag instead of plastic nor was the hat in a plastic wrapping, when it was delivered I was not home and it was raining pretty heavy, the bag was soaked, it really should be packed in plastic.
