Ashwagandha Ksm 66 Complex-(60 Capsules) 500mg Includes Gotu Kola & Panax Ginseng, Vegan Friendly Anxiety Supplement

I’ve only started taking them. They come in a sealed bottle. Too early to tell how will fair but I hear good things about them.

they perform as I expected . I am happy they show the ingredients clearly. Its a strong ksm66 with 25mg of active ingredient which is what is needed. many of the other products don't clearly show what type of ashwaghanda they actually are.I I will buy again

The description states "We have included Gotu Kola as well as Panax Ginseng into this incredible organic ashwagandha blend along with Magnesium and Vit B6. Are ashwagandha capsules vegan friendly and made in our ISO:9001 approved facility" Premium Raws is a British based company, although some of these ingredients will be grown and sourced outside of the UK Good to read that this is an ISO9001 approved facility, as that determines that there is a quality control system in place. This should ensure that manufacturing, testing and packaging is all kept to a high standard. I was a bit curious about the phase in the description "... this incredible organic ashwagandha blend..." Unfortunately, it's not clear what ingredients are organic. so this leaves me uncertain about the organic authenticity of the product.The product contains no allergens but is made on a line that also "processes other products containing milk, egg, soya and gluten. Just be aware of this if you are VERY sensitive to these allergens. The ingredients do state "Contains traces of MILK."The capsules are definitely very large, and in fact, longer than a 20p piece, see my photo. Just so that you know, it's quite a big one to swallow. Thankfully, it's just one a day. I would have preferred 2 a day with a smaller capsule.It's recommended to keep the clear capsules out of direct sunlight, and yet the plastic bottle is also clear and not coloured to protect the ingredients. Full marks for transparency, but I do wonder if a light protective bottle would have been a better choice.The ingredients are a clever combination that works well together, to include Black pepper for greater absorption (bioflavourbility) Having taken ashwagandha for some time now, I can vouch for its effectiveness, to calm my mood, help me sleep better, and promote recovery after training. This complex is one of the best I have used to date and despite my comments above can recommend as a long-term investment in better health and wellness.

A great combination of ingredients - do check before taking.Good quality, well made and great value. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  For a few months now, I have been consuming Ashwaganda regularly, every day.I have already tested several products in this area.In me, stress also shows physical symptoms. By cramping the upper part of my kidneys, my adrenal glands.I was very happy to find a natural dietary supplement as a solution to this. Ashwaganda is a root that helps with this, among other things. For me, in this context, I also have a thyroid problem.I described this because it is strange but my body is a good measure of the quality of ashwaganda. If the product is of good quality then everything is fine. The days go by, I do my thing.But if the product I consume isn’t right, I feel my adrenal spasm again after a day.This product is good.There was no problem consuming it.That’s what I thought when I saw the color. It has a dark color, it shows that there is a proper concentrate of ashwaganda in it.Unfortunately, I have seen very light colors before.I consumed it twice a day in the morning and evening.I can say that it is of good quality and efficient.The price is right, the same as the ones on the market, and its certainly works.I recommend the product.I'll order more of it.I hope you find my video, pictures and review helpful :)

It is generally difficult to gauge the effectiveness of supplements until you have been taking them for an extended period, so I am revisiting my initial "holding review" now that I have used these supplements every day for a period of two months.The product is of good quality, well packaged and the capsules are of a size and shape that make them easy to swallow.Ashwagandha has a number of reputed health benefits, though over the two months that I had been taking these tablets I couldn't point to any clear change to indicate that this is actually the case.Prior to using these supplements I was aware from research that Ashwagandha can sometimes cause problems for people who have auto-immune conditions. As I am prone to psoriasis, which is an auto-immune condition, I was slightly wary. During the first few weeks weeks, there has been no adverse reaction, BUT then I did notice a significant flare up of the condition. It is, of course, possible that this flare up was purely coincidental ... however, given that it has now settled down again in the few weeks since I stopped taking the Ashwagandha supplement, it does suggest to me that there is likely to be a causal link.I hope you find these insights helpful.

A great complex with the gotu kola & panax ginseng being added to the ashwagandha which is a great supplement for helping with reducing anxiety and relieving stress and anxiety and is also a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. I've taken this in the form of a multi-supplement and similar complexes to this previously to help with keeping my mood lifted and so know from prior use that it works well for me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know that ashwagandha with added gotu kola & panax is the right supplement for you right now then this is a good quality choice and if taken at the recommended minimum one a day then this bottle will last around two months.
