Rear Mirror View Rearview Behind Spy Sunglasses Monitor

The media could not be loaded. Bought these for my son and they actually work! I was skeptical but after getting them in the mail (fast delivery as usual) we tried them on and you can actually see quite clearly behind you. Not sure how well it shows that in the video I posted but they are legit. Also came in a nice hard case. Good quality and price.

These glasses are awesome. These were purchased to use while riding a bike on the streets. With the glasses on they provide a clear view of traffic coming up behind you. I have tried other devices such as a helmet mirror and a small mirror glued on regular sunglasses but these other options did not work very well. You have a clear view ahead and a slight shift of your eyes allows you to see whats coming up from behind. They also come with a very nice hard case to keep them protected when they are not being used.

I thought it was because I'm a woman, but I could not pull off these sunglasses - they had a weird not-quite-aviator shape - then I let my man friend wear them and he couldn't either.As far as the rear view, it's awesome, no one can tell except you, and you just have to turn your head very slightly to the side to see behind you.I bought these mostly because I think those rear view mirrors you attach you your bike helmet look lame, these look less lame but I can't pull them off, maybe some of you really attractive people can.They arrived quickly and came with a nice hard glasses case. Very good at what they do, but not very attractive. Good for the cheap price I got them at.

I expected these glasses to allow me to see what was behind me while looking inconspicuous. However, even though I can see behind me, the left side of the glasses is very blurry. I may notice someone coming behind me, but I won't be able to discern if they are a threat or not. Also, the glasses look ridiculous. They are too small for aviator glasses, which makes them look funny when I put them on.

But.....only 3-stars because the rearview on the right side is blurry and not clear like the left side. Yes, I cleaned them and still no different. even turned them upside down to make sure it wasnt my eyesight in my right eye doing it. Disappointed int that, but other then that they are nice. Gonna buy another pair and see if I can get two clear sides.

This is a neat item, a step above B-movie quality, but the case is nice and sturdy ergo the company doesn't just box up and ship the cheapest case. Don't expect clear vision of that which is over your shoulder, think of this as a blind-spot mirror or so in the lower corners of your vision, and the opacity is that of what it would take to focus looking at say a car window and trying to catch the reflecting view of the landscape behind you. So its not high detail, but it is what you see, and the brighter and clearer that is, the more time you have to focus, you can actually follow around a considerable amount just in little glances 'behind' you.

I can't recommend these glasses. I intended to use them to avoid accidents while walking on sidewalks and encountering the occasional cyclist who tries to pass me without giving me an auditory warning. The problem with the glasses is that I have to strain my eyes to check the peripheral areas on the glasses that give the mirror image. I once had a pair of mirror glasses in which this was easily done. I expected the same with these glasses but was disappointed.

Len's coating that makes it mirrored on the inside to reflect behind you is 1 stars (lower if that was an option). Lenses already arrived with 2 scratches on the inside. This coating is too thin and flimsy and scratches too easily. Price paid $11. Worth maybe half just for the metal frame.The plastic arch that goes over your ear had to be glued back on the frame. It was half off the metal arm at unboxing.Put aside the low quality control and crappy condition the glasses arrived in, this product is flawed in a few areas. The frames are completely flat, there is no curve whatsoever to the frames or the lens on your face. This was done to allow you to see behind you (vs. a higher quality lens with a convex reflector) . Taking the cheap route out, the lack of curve along your face means a lot of sun light is hitting you from the sides. Even with the frames 180 degrees flat on your face, you're still seeing more of your sideburns than behind you.While this product works to some degree (hence 2 stars) poor quality control, super thin and low quality reflective coating (reduces longevity) and poor product exection (lens and frames lacking proper curvature) makes this a 1 star product. Product given 2 stars because it was only $11 and I gave it a bonus star for 'you get what you pay for' adage.Would I buy this again? No, Suggest to a friend? No.Ignore this review if you're mind is made up on buying THIS product vs. the other ones available on amazon but when you scratch the mirror just pulling it out of your pocket or the case, my words will come to mind and I told you so.
