A lot quieter than Roomba 770
I like this robot because it can do both vacuuming and mopping with water tank, also it is connected to WiFi so I can monitor it when I am away.Connecting to WiFi is limited to 2.4 Ghz network, failed few times before finally I can connect it to my router, I had to bring the robot and my phone both in front of the router, press the power button and hold it, let the WiFi light blinking and using the CoayuBot App on my phone (connected to the same 2.4 Ghz network) to communicate with the robot, failed few times when the app trying to send message to the bot. But finally it works after few tries. Once connected, I can use it on my other Android devices as long as I login to the same account, then I will see this robot.Connecting with Alexa is easy but not as how normally I connect devices to Alexa, I've never seen this device show up in Alexa, even I had added the skill and the skill connected to my Coayu account. So basically just connect the skill to the account and that's it. Device name is going to be default 'Smart bot', as I can't see it in devices listed in Alexa so I can't change the name. It will respond when I say 'Alexa ask smart bot to start cleaning'.When the robot is cleaning (vacuum mode) it is not loud at all, I can still watch TV and hear the conversation. The robot (mode 1) will clean systematically, which I like better than random move like roomba, and it works really good on hard floor. It picked up a lot of dust and crumbs from the floor. It went under cabinet, around furniture, but it could get stuck trying to climb on Christmas tree legs, or anything thick, the left wheel lifted and stop there. I tried to use the magnetic stip to prevent the robot to go over Christmas tree the next day, but it went over it and still get stuck on the cables. Best way is put a box on the way to keep it from there. In mopping mode, I filled the water tank full, and after using it twice, there are still water left in the tank, I can still see the floor is wet and clean, so I think it is good. The dust bin for mopping mode also still filled. So the robot vacuum and mop at the same time. From the CoayuBot app, I can see the map where this robot has gone, nice to see only, not actually we can control which room it should be in, but just giving foot prints where it was, and that draws the room shapes. I can create schedule as well with the app, time + day Monday-Sunday. I can name this robot here in the app, but this name will not be used by Alexa. With the price, half than my Roomba 770, it can mop and vacuum, connects to WiFi and controlled with Alexa, I think this is a very good buy. I will recommend anyone to use it.

Just the machine that I needed.
This was a great choice for me. With 3 cats, one very long hair, there is always cleaning to do. I have a Roomba downstairs but needed one for the bedroom areas. Both carpet and hardwood floors. Right out of the box - charged it up and off to work it went. Sent it through the carpet room first and it did a great job with the cat hair. Some of the hair gets stuck around the brush, but not as bad as it does on the Roomba! Next, another charge and off to my bedroom. It was quiet enough that the cats didn't take off when it started. The 2 side brushes did a wonderful job and the vacuum did a great cleaning job. Loved how it cleaned under the bed. Found a few more pets that I didn't know that I had (what do dust bunnies eat??) So far it has been a good unit. I'll just have to get used to the noises that it makes so I stop looking for my phone every time I charge it.

I like this Robot vacuum so much I bought one for my sister, too bad they sent the wrong brand so we just returned it and I'm now buying another hopefully they'll send the right one. But it is a great product I have allergies and a dog, and it gets all the dust, all the hair, and even picks up cigarette butts I did not know rolled under the bed. I tend to have cords all over the place, and if it sucks one up it just powers off. It's really easy to clean out and empty out the dustpan. Part of the reason we got this one is because it mops. We don't really use the mopping function though, it doesn't get the floor soaking wet it barely, barely moistens it that you can't see it but it vacuums at the same time though so that's great. I honestly think that this is a great product you can't go wrong for about a hundred bucks. Its entertaining too, like a confused little butler.

More trouble than a bad EX
Absolutely would never buy again, with the amount of maintenance and trouble this thing caused I might as well have vacuumed the house myself. About a year in and ended up replacing it with a proper Roomba.Let’s start with the “Mapping” feature: It sucks, plain and simple it doesn’t work. My wife and I don’t move furniture around, and when we have the roomba vacuum we’re out of the house. Every single time this thing “Mapped” the house it would create a unique Picasso of a mess. The map NEVER since day 1 resembled the house. Okay fine, that doesn’t work but at least the magnetic strips will stop it from entering the kitchen right? Wrong, for whatever reason this products sensors would randomly decide to shut off and allow it to jump over the magnetic strips meant to keep it OUT of areas. The amount of times we’d find it marooned in the kitchen, out of battery because it decided to shut off its sensors, hop over the magnetic strips, and then turn the sensors back on is insane. I’m convinced had we used this one upstairs it would have fallen to the first floor.Second: It gets stuck CONSTANTLY, at this point we’ve baby/cat proofed the house and the stupid thing somehow manages to STILL get stuck!Third: Even the tiniest amount of hair around the brush causes the machine to stop working until you clean it out. Our older shark Roomba has had the brush completely wrapped in hair, and it’s STILL done the job!Fourth: The app constantly disconnects from Alexa.Fifth: Even if connected to the Alexa app, it will occasionally still ignore her.Sixth: The mopping capabilities are a joke, seriously, a full year using this thing to mop the kitchen and not ONCE did it work the first time. I had to constantly remove the water tank and reattach it repeatedly before it would dispense water. Once it did work it was fine, aside from when it got stuck to literally nothing! All in all: Do NOT buy this. It’s cheap for a reason, you’d be much better served spending the extra 100-150$ on a premium brand Roomba than this piece of junk (Coincidentally those are on sale right now, I decided to replace it with a Roomba I3 it was either than or the Bissell Spinwave) From programming to practical usage this thing has been a headache. Unless you have a completely empty house, no carpet, no furniture, and have had 10 Roombas clean the house prior to letting this thing go, DO NOT BUY IT! I’m willing to bet it would STILL find a way to get stuck. We have a much older Shark Roomba that while not “Smart” or capable of cleaning in straight lines, at least leaves the upstairs properly clean, obeys magnetic strips, does the job even if the tiniest amount of hair is on the brush, and returns to its charger.

Extremely cheap made; expensive and useless
DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUYThe mapping is a joke, doesn't recognize what it already cleaned, always starting from the beggining. The app is awful, you can't control it from your phone, you can only see it's getting stuck once each 2 minutes, errors after errors. The battery lasts approx 25-30 minutes and never covered more than 10 sq meters. Zero after-sale concierge, I tried explaining I was double taxed with the shipping fee, they don't care I paid 50usd shipping when it arrived PLUS the amazon shipping fee. Compared to ILIFE A9 (same price), this robot is a joke. Misses large areas of floor, always disorientated. I'm returning this piece of crap
