For gluten free, you'd not know it. Schar makes excellent gluten free products. I often wish gluten free wasn't so much more expensive. However, I remember when there wasn't any GF choices in the market. I wish they made sugar free along with gluten free. I'm not diabetic, but I have problems with sugar. Actually, everyone has problems with sugar, but they eat it anyway. I only have one Graham cookie every three-four days, if I have more, I get swollen legs. I'm glad I figured out what causes swelling. I also found tuna , which I love, causes gout flare ups. Everyone! Keep a diary of what you eat, to figure out what effects you.

Sorry but this product is not edible. Needs improvement since other products from this brand are very good.

Tasted great but graham crackers are in box 5 to a package. Unfortunately, the chocolate melted and it was impossible to get them apart without turning them into crumbs and tiny, smaller than bite size, pieces. Would be great for a pie crust. To be fair, it has been fairly warm here so it’s possible it happened after they were left in front of my door in full sun. That is why I gave three stars.

These are great with a cup of tea.
