Superb text
An expensive book, but a collectable heirloom and worth every penny.

A great book but I wish the price was reasonable
This is a great book but the price is ridiculously high. No student can buy it and even amongst practicing psychiatrists only an odd few will buy it. Why not make it around £50 and let thousands of people buy it instead of £200 for which only handful of libraries will buy it. It should also be available in Kindle format for a lower price.

Very overpriced with defective binding and publisher website error
This is an extremely expensive book as has been pointed out by others. The copy I have has pages 991-1022 duplicated and bound so they appear between pages 478 and 479. Should I tear these pages out? Also the book is supposed to come from the publisher with 5 years free online access to the content, but the publisher's webpage generates an error so its not accessible and the publisher hasn't responded to emails. At any price, but particularly with such an expensive item, this should not happen. Finally, I specialise academically and clinically in many of the topics covered in the book. Some chapters are good but others are not. So I don't think this book is good value for money.
