Perhaps you'll get all the parts, perhaps not
parts were missing and others were scuffed up in multiple locations. dealing with this company even after mistakes completely of their own doing was less than ideal. seemed like i was inconveniencing them by trying to correct their errors. they were not helpful or apologetic at any point during the entire transaction. so many other places to buy nice door hardware, don't bother with these amateurs
