I love it
The pillow I've been looking for. I took a long time considering this pillow, and a buckwheat hull pillow. Obviously went with the millet hull. This surprised me, coming from softer, synthetic, and memory foam pillows. It's firm, but the nature of the millet hulls means that it forms to your head nicely, with a little effort. The wool provides just enough cushion to keep it comfortable, but not impact the support. As a side sleeper, this is a big deal. So, I roll to my side, wiggle my head a bit, push my noggin' down into the pillow, and behold, the form and fit become perfect. Fits into my should and neck, and keeps my head up and comfortable. Most importantly, it stays cold!!!!! It doesn't soak and release heat like a memory foam pillow. In the summer I found I needed to turn it once or twice during the night, but the other side would be nice and cold, so that wasn't a huge deal. The millet hulls can be a bit messy when you are initially determining how full you want the pillow. Ok, a lot messy, as they get a little static buildup and stick to plastic and whatnot. They are a bit noisy (relative to a memory foam) when moving your head, but as a super light sleeper, I was surprised at how fast I got use to it. And when you stop moving, they don't make noise. The noise is kinda a light, rustling, like leaves, or, in this case, shells.Quality of construction is great, I've not found any hulls escaping after 4-5 months of nightly use. I expect that to continue. All in all, I have found my pillow for life. Millet hull is the way for me.

Hard to get used to but Well made and pain is reduced with its use
Last: 10 nights later I wake without a headache nor congestion, so that’s a good benefit. But just a strange type pillow and not easy to get used to... plus it’s too small/short and I bought the “larger” size; I’d not recommend anyone try this unless they are desperate and in pain .... my neck pain is much less I’ll admit but it’s just not a comfortable pillow and no longer get the cushy cozy feel I had with my down pillows. Update day 5: now that I’ve removed about 1/3 of the millet it seems I have it right for me. Sleep last night was sound, and woke with no headache or neck ache. Maybe I’ve got it right now!!?? So if you understand that this pillow may need lots of adjustment for your individual needs, you may well wind up with better sleep and less pain with this pillow than with down, foam or any other traditional pillow. Update 4 days later: this is really difficult to get used to. I still needed to take out some more millet; it’s just too solid and not flexible enough... will see if this is better tonight. Even after taking out the 9 cups it was still too stiff and not malleable enough. 1st review: They sent me the wrong tracking but we got it straightened out. Pillow arrived in ripped box poorly packed. Pillow itself is of high quality materials well made. So far I’ve removed 9 cups of millet trying to get the best flexibility for me. This is easily done through a very nice zipper opening. I had slept on very expensive down pillows all my adult life but started waking up with significant headaches and congestion plus neck aches Re: my arthritis. Allergy tests showed positive for feathers so I did away with those. Got non allergenic pillows and still had to rip them open to take out lots and lots of batting and very uncomfortable. Congestion reduced but headaches only a little better and neck still sore. Friend mentioned pillows with seeds to help with these various problems. Seemed strange so I did research that supports benefits. Then ordered this millet and wool pillow to see how it would work. So far so good other than still having to find the right amount of millet. No headache the last two nights even with too much fill. Neck is less sore in am. We’ll see how tonight works having taken out some more millet but so far I am pleased.

Great pillow... the only one I need
This is my go-to pillow. It makes me feel good knowing I'm sleeping on all natural materials. It conforms nicely and is very supportive. Although smaller than today's "King size" pillows, it fits perfectly for me, and I've got quite a big noggin! Takes a little getting used to if you've never used a millet or buckwheat pillow, but it's quiet and comfortable. I'm always looking for a "cold" pillow, and I'm convinced now they don't exist. However, this is a very temp neutral pillow, and much cooler than my $200 temper-pedic breeze, which starts cool and quickly gets hot. I think this will be the only pillow I need for a very long time. Service from Sachi was excellent!

Trying really hard to like this pillow
Quality and craftsmanship is awesome. Support while sleeping is great. I love how you can easily manuvure it to give you support where needed.I'm usually a side sleeper but find myself nicely cradled in this thing sleeping on my back. But I could not get over the smell. I dont typically have outdoor allergies but something about it made it very bothersome. I aired it outside 2 days which worked great. I thought it was gone, until I brought it back in.I really didnt want to try returning it and I considered taking out the millet and trying to find beanbag filler instead. Trying to achieve that same concept but that idea was a bust bcs I could find any. So i ended up completely taking this thing apart and washed the cover dumped all the hulls into a box and aired out the wool. After playing with the hulls outside trying to air them out I did realize they're quite dusty!Sooo....I decided to line the inside of the pillow that holds the hulls with a trash bag lol. Filled the hulls back in, Squished out a bunch of air, tied it off added the wool back in and tada! Same squishy support, orginal material i paid a golden egg for and no bothersome sinuses. It's just slightly more noisy. The wool makes a nice barrier from the plastic.Even without the plastic this pillow is definitely different from your typical Walmart pillow. It is taking some getting used to but I do enjoy it.
