⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Long-lasting and very reliable
I purchased the EBL AA rechargeable batteries (2800mAh, Ready2Charge), and they’ve been working great. They came pre-charged and were ready to use right out of the package, which was very convenient. Battery life has been impressive. I’ve used them in devices like remotes, wireless mice, and small electronics, and they last much longer than regular disposable batteries. They also recharge well and hold their charge nicely between uses. The batteries feel well made, and after multiple charge cycles, performance has stayed consistent. Having rechargeable batteries has also helped reduce waste and save money over time. Overall, these are high-quality rechargeable AA batteries. Long-lasting, reliable, and great value for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

Great battery system
These batteries are honestly great. This is my third purchase of these and I honestly couldn't be happier. They work great and last a long time between recharges.

Customer services fixed this issue: BATTERY BRIEF: RECHARGEABLE RUNTIME LETDOWN 🔋⚡⚖️ [⭐⭐⭐☠️☠️]
Update: customer service stepped in and made this right. Jay Fray delivering the balanced truth about these EBL AA rechargeable batteries that provide basic functionality with disappointing longevity. Purchased this 28-pack of rechargeable AA batteries expecting decent capacity and recharge cycles for powering household devices like remotes, flashlights, or wireless controllers. The batteries charge successfully and power devices initially, but runtime falls short of expectations. Battery life between charges disappoints with devices requiring recharging more frequently than quality rechargeable batteries maintain power. This creates inconvenience that undermines the cost-saving benefits rechargeable batteries should provide over disposables. Capacity degradation likely occurs faster than premium rechargeable brands, with batteries losing maximum charge capability after limited recharge cycles. Budget battery cells often show rapid performance decline compared to established manufacturers like Eneloop or Energizer. The pack quantity of 28 batteries provides good initial value for outfitting multiple devices, though individual battery performance determines whether this represents genuine savings or just more batteries that underperform. For low-drain devices like remote controls where runtime demands are minimal, these might provide adequate service. However, for high-drain applications like cameras, game controllers, or flashlights where battery performance matters, investing in quality rechargeable batteries delivers better long-term value. Jay Fray verdict: Budget rechargeable batteries that provide basic functionality with runtime and longevity that disappoints for demanding applications. Adequate for low-power devices when capacity requirements are minimal and frequent recharging is acceptable.

Not 2800mah
The price was cheaper than the "2400mah"EBL colors due to a sale (are they just reskinned?). The capacity of these batteries is probably false advertising. I tested them as soon as I got them in the mail. They only store at most 2200mah according to my special OPUS battery tester. On average they store around 2050mah. This performance is similar to the colors. I never tested the EBL colors new, but after 20 cycles they still get around 2000mah. Maybe I should try charging to a higher voltage, but I'd rather not since that can break some devices. I buy these batteries because they are cheap, have low self discharge, and allegedly have good performance as they age. The only complaints I can make are that these batteries are still slightly too big for some AA slots including my pepper grinder, my multiple computer mice, my portable lamp, and my metal detector which is 90% of the devices I need these batteries for... At least they fit normally in the Xbox controller. Also the positive terminal is very slightly shorter than more common batteries which hasn't been a problem for me yet. I used a digital caliper to compare the terminals and burned my hand... That makes sense since NiMH has a low internal resistance. If they change "2800mah" to "2200mah" then I'll rate these as 5 stars.

Great Rechargables
So I'll say this, I bought a set of these late 2022 and again in mid 2023. Have AAA, AA, C, D, and 9V. I have a large family that are all gamers and we all use the heck out of various electronics from remotes and clocks to gaming controllers and remote control vehicles to large flashlights and other electronics, it's an endless list. The intention was to save money due to the sheer amount of batteries we went through. These batteries have yet to disappoint, and are still going strong years later. They last long enough to put in an all night gaming session, have fit everything we've used them in, and have taken that whole we need batteries situation completely out of our lives. I'm leaving the review because I pulled up Amazon to look for more of these gems and realized I hadn't left one. It's rare for me to give something 5 stars, but these have earned it. Great product!

A good buy
I have ordered these before, and they are primarily used in my electric candles during the holiday and even throughout the winter season. I already have an EBL (from 2016 and still working) charger, but I ordered another. And this one has two USB charging ports on it. Anyway, my favorite thing is that I can charge an odd number of cells now. And at 2,800mAh, these cells last longer between charges. The price is good and I get lots of use out of these units. I can use them in winter and they will not be sinsitive to very cold temperatures.
