It’s working for me ! Give urself a week and you will notice a difference in eating habits
Don’t like the smell/taste and the size of them as they are big tablets, but iv been on them for a while now and they seem to be working and Iv also felt more energetic!!

Dont waste your money!
For the price tag you would expect them to work right?Well I personally feel robbed. I have taken these for a month and I can tell you they dont work!6 tablets a day, which are not small tablets may I add, just for the sake of taking 6 tablets a day it seems.It did not suppress my appetite nor has it contributed towards any kind of weight loss or given me any kind of energy boost. Infact I've gained weight and feel more tired than ever!Absolute waste of money

Good but not as good as I'd of liked
Quite pricey for something that works but not as much as expected yes you feel fuller sooner during meals but not as full as I thought it would be... And I feel it wears off leaving you hungry a couple hours later still... Though will power and mind over matter are also a vital key in this working and you need to bear with it and not to give up if serious about weight loss the 2 can work together.
