I like taking Solgar CoQ-10 because it utilizes Kaneka Q10. Kaneka is a company that manufactures the purest commercial grade CoQ-10 available in the United States. I just started taking COQ-10 so I wont know right away how it will work, but I have taken COQ-10 before but it was a different brand, but I am sure that I will get the same results which was good.

The capsules arrived stuck melted and when I tried to write for return it a message that said this item is not elegible to return. Lost money.
