I use these all of the time. They help my microbiome stay healthy and also can moisturize for 2-3 days after. I have never been irritated by this product either. Also it never leaves a weird discharge unlike boric acid capsule style suppositories.

The package has an expiration in 2026. I purchased these in November 2023 and just recently opened them to use but they have brown spots cover the top half. $36 down the drain.

I am using this for my GYN clients it corrects BV and yeast naturally no antibiotics needed so saving the gut microbiome. Haven't had any success recolonizing women with no LB in the vagina at all with these.
