I purchased a BalanceFrom Fitness 3' x 6.5' High Density Gym Equipment Mat after I purchased a treadmill - with my carpeting the treadmill was moving while I was on it and it was dangerous so I bought this mat. I've had it for over a year now which is why I have rated so long to give a review and it still holding its own. I don't know about the noise reduction as I live in the middle of rural Georgia and I'm hearing impaired so I can't help y'all there. However, my treadmill does not move at all now! It's stationary as it should be. I've noticed some reviews where folks said that there was an odor to the mat, but mine had a slight odor so I laid it out on my porch on a dry sunny day, aired it out and I brought it back inside. I had a friend of mine help me move the treadmill. We put the mat down and it's been there ever since - on top of a very thin carpet. I have plenty of room to maneuver, the treadmill is centered perfect fit, and the mat is thick enough and has a firm grip, and it functions exactly what I needed.

I would have given this mat 5 stars, but it arrived with such a strong sour odor, we had to wash it and then wait for it to dry before using. Thank goodness we had hot dry weather because the material is dense and spongy, and it still took a couple days before I felt confident it was thoroughly dry. The cleaning process was more work than we wanted, but the odor is gone and it works very well under our daughter's treadmill, and we feel confident it is protecting our wood floors.

This walking pad is awesome! I use it nearly everyday. No issues. It doesn’t take up a lot of room.

This is a great mat to protect your floors and provide some cushioning. I have owned it for a few years now (don’t remember when I bought it, so much more than a year), and it is still in great shape.

The bench is solid and easy to assemble. Very comfortable and offers multiple positions of incline from flat to 90 degrees The pads are thick but not squishy, very solid support with heavy weight.

Great product. Durable, easy to clean, spacious for multiple people working out simultaneously, comfortable stand and lying down on it. What I’ve spent a lot of time trying to find and finally found it. The only small thing I have is the fact that I sweat a lot during HIIT, so the mat will become slippery. Outside of that, great product.

La compré para colocarla debajo de una bicicleta estática. Impide cualquier tipo de movimiento indeseado y protege el suelo del agua y sudor que puedan caer mientras se está utilizando. Precio muy razonable.
