I have the white and blue headphones and my husband has the red and black headphones. They are soooooo amazing. We both stream video games and these work perfectly. We have had sooo many compliments on how great the microphone quality is. The ear pads are very comfortable and don't pinch my ear piercings. They are sooo soft and easy to wear for hours at a time. Works well on Mac and Windows. Integrates well with Open Broadcasting Software and with Wavetap programs.Would I recommend this to a friend? Bought these for our son for Christmas. He goes through headphones almost as fast as he goes through sneakers. He absolutely loves the headphones. The volume with these headphones is much louder than previous headphones. At 100% volume, he doesn't even have to wear the headphones to hear.After purchasing, I saw a few reviewers complain about installing the drivers/software. The CD that comes with the headphones popped up a message that the software couldn't be installed on our version of Windows. He is using Windows 10 Home. However, the headphones still work. It does not appear that the 7.1 Surround works. He does not need 7.1 Surround Sound. I did not buy them for that.Windows 10 has been available publicly for over a year. I am really surprised there are no drivers for Windows 10 in the box. The manufacturers web site was so hideously slow to load, I didn't even bother trying to find drivers on their web site.I gave these 5 stars because my son absolutely loves them. If they were for me, I'd probably only give them 3 stars since it doesn't appear 7.1 Surround Sound does not function on Windows 10 at this time.

Likes:- It has been comfortable to wear for extended periods. At least for my head.- Sound quality seems good, though I am not very experienced in this field.- The microphone's quality is notably decent, if not good, especially for the price.- The virtual surround is a huge improvement over a stereo speaker setup. Tracking a sound's location is not perfectly accurate out of the box, but it can be adjusted using the software.- No issues with functionality.Dislikes:- All documentation in the box was in Chinese.- If trying to install the software and drivers online instead of using the included disc, it can be a pain to try and find the right drivers through the website. It should be the "SADES Gaming headset For [Operating System](after August 2014).rar" file.- At first it seems that there is no way to activate the virtual surround and other features of the driver software. It took me a while to figure out that you can RIGHT-CLICK on the headphone and mic icons to access these features.Overall, the experience was very pleasant. I would say this headset is definitely worth the price, and it contains much value for what you pay for. I have not experienced any issues regarding durability, loss of functionality, driver failure, or anything of the sort after more than two months of use. I would recommend anyone with a relatively tight budget to consider purchasing this headset, despite some of the minor annoyances.

The best gaming headset I've owned. Extremely comfortable, even with my large head. Sound quality is very good. You can download software which is included on the disk or mfg's website to get the drivers / software. On the software you can edit whether you want stereo, or 5.1, or 7.1 simulated surround sound.The vocal recording quality is pretty decent. Coming from some who used to use a USB recording mixer and condenser microphones for gaming and skype. It picks up a lot of sound if you let it.The biggest thing that sells you on this headset is the quality. Again, superbly comfortable. I'm the type to wear a headset and have it feel like it's crushing my head, which after an extended period of time gives you a headache. I could wear these for 12+ hours and be totally fine. For the size, they are pretty light too.I highly recommend these, especially for the price.

Tested on a Windows 10 machine. The device constantly crackled and cut in and out. This was both with the Windows default drivers and the latest drivers from the maker's website. I also tried three separate USB ports. Due the crackling the headset was completely unusable and I had to return it for a refund. Since this particular device appears to be defective, here are my thoughts about the device's feel:The headset is suitably comfortable, and I could probably wear it for hours if it worked. It isn't as comfortable or light as my Logitech G930, but not bad. The headset feels sturdy and well built, and the USB cord is braided and appears of excellent quality. The adjustment buttons are crisp and provide good feedback when you click them. The headset looks very nice. The mic boom is adjustable and snaps into various locations, crisply. My biggest cosmetic complaint is that the mic boom is not flexible and can't be adjusted to sit closer to your mouth. That said, the head set quality of sound and the mic pickup seemed excellent (except for the previously noted issues).Had this device worked properly, I'd have given it a four out of five.
