AwesomeThe pills are big but you can always buy a pill crusher or cut the pills in half with a knife, they actually work better if you chew because of salivaHowever I'm not so big on fillersstearic acid , modified cellulose gum, silica magnesium stearateCould you imagine having nothing but the complete Turkey Tail .... Soak them
I had a very hard time swallowing or chewing these, but wanted to take to help with immune system, due to cancer. So I put in a small cup and poured about half a cul of hot water, let it sit, and about 15-20 minutes stirred it up and drank it down. The tablets dissolve easily.
