Upholstery/Craft Jute Webbing (Burlap) 3.5 Inches X 10 Yards-Natural W/Red Stripes

The webbing was clean and did not fray when stretched or cut. It was a perfect replacement for restoring a set of antique chairs.The red-edged webbing is slightly thicker than the black-edged webbing because the red-edged webbing is intended for horizontal applications (in other words, the seat of the chair). The manufacturer doesn't really make that clear but that's why it's slightly more expensive.

Used this product to redo the seat support in two chairs. Easy to work with and when stretched formed a nice supportive seat bottom in an older well built and well used chair

At first the product was tearing BUT I realized the staple gun I was using was WAY TOO POWERFUL and ripped right thru. When I changed to a manual staple gun, it worked out fine.

This jute webbing worked quite well -- just what I expected. It was easy to work with and was able to be stretched tight on the seat frame using a webbing stretcher and a pneumatic stapler. It met all my expectations and now I have a whole bunch of it left over to renew several more dining room chairs!

using this to repair old chair strapping. Is burlap in style and finish is about 3 in wide and may not be the best for small Upholstery repairs

Choice of colour

I liked this upholstery webbing to make table utensil holders for our Christmas dinner table.

Was the correct size and length for what I needed. Repair bottom springs on an antique chair.

I really like the look of this jute webbing, but had considered it for wrapping gifts over Christmas. It was too wide too use as ribbon, so I thought of cutting it in half, lengthwise, and using it to create more of a natural look in wrapping gifts. Unfortunately it just frays when you cut in in half, making it unusable. I would have liked it way better if it was offered in half or even quarter-widths. The colours are nice, though.
