The oxymetazoline hydrochloride is the same chemical in the same concentration as dozens of brands. The delivery system is one of three or four. The idea is that the sprayer gives a "metered" dose. The amount it dispenses varies greatly from the first pump to the next. I have to pump it three times to get an effective amount. Sometimes I just pour the contents into the original spray device, in which the dose was dependent upon how hard one squeezed the container. This is still a good value for the money but the sprayer is inconsistent in the does it delivers.

Though the medicine works well, I’m having problems with the dispenser. Sometimes I get the spray and other times (most often) a liquid just drips out of the container offering no spray at all. I’ve very displeased.

I have been dealing with stubborn congestion from a cold that has been keeping me from breathing through my nose before bed. I have been using a different type of spray that is not as long-lasting. What I like about GoodSense Maximum Strength Nasal Spray is that it immediately opens my nasal passages and it lasts much longer. I have now been able to breathe easily and have not needed to use it every night as I have with another brand. It works just as well as leading brands if not better. I would order again.

Not a ready spray and not possible to open the top!!!! Useless!!! Don’t buy. Better go with something more expensive.
