Does it hold boost true to spring rate? Like would it over boost or under boost?

Mine holds boost good but it is really also a function of your wastegate size and any restrictions after it. If it is undersized or can't get the exhaust out then it will creep up.

They MIGHT fit, but is a bad option. Use a manual boost controller or get a better quality wastegate that supports the PSI your needing.
