I would say that each Baker should have this.
It is of a nice quality. I have tried baking brownies in it and got a good result. It is also easy to clean. Very nice material.

OK OK quality, a little costly than local Market
OK OK quality, a little costly than local market, but had to order it because lockdown situation.. Whole local market was close.. It's a little close to below average category, not so good finishing.. But still can go for it if you don't have any other easy option.
