It's a good thing this product has a 2 year guarantee as I have only had it just over 6 months and it started to split, not well made. I personally won't buy this product again, next time it goes, I'll just ask for a refund. It should last longer than 6 months

There is a strange arrangement around the handle - to make it more comfortable, there is a thin plastic section with a cut out and the more comfortable handle grip. All fine, but unfortunately, it appears the complexity of the molding around the handle has created a weak point. One point has failed completely on our basket and looking at the other 3 joints in equivalent positions a second point has signs of stress also.Nice idea, sadly poor execution.

It does what it supposed to do and get's my washing to and from the washing machine, colour is really nice and funny enough a few people have asked where I bought it from. I haven't told them they can find there own basket but good that it looks nice as well as transport clothes. I don't collapse it so cannot comment on that part. Good buy.

Only got this today, noticed that it is a lot stronger than the last basket I brought and it's cheaper!! Lovely colour, a bit heavier and harder to put up and down, I thik it will wear in shortly.Delivery was quick and well done. So far I would recommend this item.

I wish I'd listened to previous reviews. Bought purely because it was pink...But the handles snapped, second time I collapsed it. Don't waste your money or become distracted by colour.

This was a second choice as the first one (a different brand and seller) failed to arrive! So far does what it should and appears to be well constructed.UPDATE THE BASKET IS NOW WORN OUT,DOES NOT FOLD CORRECTLY AND IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!

I bought this product last month for laundry use, easy storage facility. I had 2 baskets previous to these, not manufactured by Kleeneze, that lasted a busy family laundry 5 years plus.We have had the product around a month and as you can see from the photographs the handles have broken already!

This is a good laundry basket however the collapsible plastic has split after only four months and it should have a two year warranty. Amazon don't honour this warranty and the manufacturer doesn't want to know. A bit pointless having a warranty on Amazon as they don't honour it.
