Did it come from someone’s cupboard?
Sent it back. Looked used. It had signs of wear or at least of being badly stored at the warehouse.

Not the cheapest , but a really good water jug, I saw it being used in a coffee chain and liked the way it poured , so tracked it down on line. Looks like it's a Spanish brand (made in Spain)

Arrived damaged and no lid
As other reviews have mentioned, arrived scratched and with no lid. Scratches weren't from the packaging. Quite disappointing.Returned and refunded.

Very good quality and modern design too.
Although received it a wee bit late but it was worth the wait as I adore my jug which was much needed in my kitchen... will be ordering more soon. Would highly recommend it to all.

Very dirty and no cushioning
No cushioning and packaging. When I unpack, the jag were wearing dust as photo. I don't want to use this for drink.
