The necklace was fine my girlfriend liked it but my customizations didn't go through so that's a little annoying

This product came in good however the object came off as soon as I held the wire necklace this doesn’t even fit for a human sized neck ! As a real Person and not a bot I wouldn’t buy from them I want my money back !!
