It's a very good probiotic supplement but packaging is poor. It helped for digestive issues/joint pain but initially gave heartburn. Thanks

Seriously impressed by this probiotic. I appreciate that it's gluten free and contains a blend of strains that seem effective. I've noticed better digestion and feeling more balanced overall. The capsules are easy to take and don't cause any discomfort. It's become a regular part of my health routine, and I feel confident in its quality and effectiveness.

I’m a huge fan of Garden of Life products. I’ve been using their Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10, and other basics for years, and they’re the only brand that doesn’t cause heartburn or any digestive issues for me. So, when I decided to try Primal Defense, I had high expectations. The product itself is excellent. The probiotics and gut-friendly ingredients work wonders for digestion. I noticed improvements in my digestion and overall energy levels after just a few days of use. It’s a great addition to my daily routine, and I trust the quality since it’s made with organic ingredients and packed with essential vitamins and minerals. That being said, my only issue was with the packaging. Unfortunately, the capsules arrived broken, and there was a bit of a mess inside the bottle. Some of the capsules were crushed, and the powder was scattered around. This was disappointing, considering how much I trust the brand. Overall, though, the product itself is fantastic, and I’d still recommend it. Just wish the packaging could be more carefully handled during shipping!

So thankful for the friend who recommended these to me. I don't do well with probiotics from dairy & these are one of the few brands that sit well with me. My son noticed that when he takes these his acne clears up. If I start to get a tummy ache - I'll take these and I feel better. I also take them when I start to feel a sick bug coming on and they make me feel better.
