Worst product and customer service
I have been buying from Amazon for almost 10 years. This is the first time I'm experiencing such a crape product. We bought two mp3 player and one did not work at all and in the other only the mp3 player worked. Mp4 player is a gimmick.The quality of the product is really bad. I was afraid that it will fall apart within days.The worst part was the customer service from Amazon. The person says, it takes approximately 8 days to get the money back. Now, I have to wait for 8 days before making my next purchase.A company like Amazon should not sell such products. It gives a very bad impression of the company. My last purchase in Amazon India.1 star is the least I could give and I don't think this product deserves 1 star. It deserves something far less than 1 star.
