Bought as a gift due to price of this and similar products, not impressed, hasn’t had any visible difference and no improvement to scarring.

No impact on skin whatsoever, a very disappointing product.

I had a very minor blemish from a spot I had squeezed. While it was hardly visible, as it was in the middle of my forehead, it irritated me. I used this stuff religiously for 4/5 weeks and nothing changed. When I stopped using it - after 6 weeks - the blemish pretty much reduced to nothing on its own. Waste of money. Doesn't work.

Bought this a while ago and forgot about it but over the last three months my skin has been really bad with acne rosacea with painful areas on forehead, eyebrows, nose and both cheeks with inflamed and painful white headed spots. Tried medication prescribed by doctor but inflammation would not go away. Then I found this in the cupboard. Within a week the redness had gone down and I could at last go out without using a concealer. I don’t usually use makeup, just factor 50 sun cream as I’m in the garden quite a lot. Rash hadn’t entirely gone away yet but I’m much happier with my skin now. Very pleased and a little goes a long way too.

I've struggled with problem skin my whole life, and I never know when my complexion will be "under attack" from zit monsters that linger seemingly forever and leave behind a mark that might or might not fade. This product is a game-changer! I will keep it close at hand and repurchase as soon as I run out. Buy it for yourself, and buy it for family members or friends who suffer from such skin problems! Great product!!

Seems to have good ingredients, but didn't do anything for my skin.

i don’t get pimples often but when i get the occasional big one, the skin heals so slowly it takes about 1-2 months for the discoloration to go away, so i wanted something to help with that. i think this helps more than just regular moisturizer and i only apply on affected areas, so a bottle will last me for a while and the price doesn’t seem as bad to me for a large size spot treatment product. since i don’t get big breakouts or often, i can’t really say how it works on those with frequent acne, but for my lite zitty problems, this helps. of course ymmv since everyone’s skin is different so check the ingredients to see if they’re for you. i have slightly sensitive skin and it wasn’t irritating for me but i would recommend a spot test if you’re more sensitive. might get more when i run out unless i find something better in the meantime. i’ve tried this brand’s other products as well and i think they’re mostly good.

This Rescue No. One Cream by Science of Skin goes on smoothly! I love that it contains green tea and other natural plant extracts like grape-seed oil, green algae, and magnolia bark. For the treatment of scars due to acne/healed blemishes, I really would advise using it twice a day on problem areas. While it will address the lingering discoloration that often results from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, it’s primarily designed to reduce and eliminate the redness of thickened scar tissue. It genuinely does seem to be gentle but effective, and no alcohol or parabens are present in this vegan, cruelty-free product from the UK! The bottle features a reliable pump-dispenser attachment, and the mentioned Cosmo magazine feature is a reassuring accolade for sure! I can see why this one has won several beauty awards. 🏆 I’ve been impressed by the results.

I always suffer from discoloration of my skin after a breakout. This really helps lessen that discoloration quickly and heals it without making is super dry and crusty. Great product overall. Highly recommended!
