My original battery was down to just over an hour. Fits perfectly and works. Charge does not last more than two hours, about the same as the original until it declined. Some reviewers noted to follow the enclosed instructions for proper first charging, etc. No such instructions were included with mine. I would have liked a longer charge time but for the price, that is what I expected.I've had the battery for just over one year. The charge steadily declined over time, now lasting about 25 minutes before a recharge is necessary. At times my computer will not recognize the battery. I must take it out and reinstall to get the machine to accept it. As more time goes by I'm certain this will soon totally fail. More junk from China, looked good, fit and worked originally but now heading for the battery recycle junkyard.

Been using this for 9 months now. It was a perfect fit and replacement for the Dell battery. It runs for about 4 - 5 hours (equal to the original Dell) and was about 1/4 the price. It's probably made at the same plant in China but who knows... All I know is that it works exactly as it should and the price was right.Updated - Now using for over a year. This battery runs very, very hot and is probably cooking the insides of my laptop. It now only runs about 40 minutes on a full charge. The heat from this battery is so hot, it can burn your legs in a few seconds. The internal fans run constantly at high speed, which likely drains the battery faster too. I will order a Dell Spec battery to replace it.

Bought this battery in February of 2015. Now, in July of 2016 (17 months later), the battery provides about 15 minutes of use -- just enough to get get the computer out of the case, turn it on and get the power cord out. Jeez, not what I was hoping for.

At the four month point battery started giving me a message when I'd boot up my computer stating is is near the end of its useable life. I guess this is what you get when you try to order less expensive replacements!

Worked great for almost 6 months, now it won't hold a charge past 20 minutes. Not even worth the hassle trying to return it under warranty. Won't buy again.

I got it sooner than they said that it would come. I am not seeing that I have a lot of time on a full charge. I am going to give it some time and see what happens with it but so far so good

came in ready to be used, but as always I charged the battery first before running the computer. When the charge light went off it showed 100% and works like a champion.
