I purchased the Yealink T54W for use with Hamshack Hotline, and it has been an excellent choice. The phone is well-built, easy to set up, and packed with features, making it perfect for both business and VoIP applications. My Yealink would no longer work with T-Mobile home Internet until I upgraded to this model. Makes my job so much easier

The product does not come with a power cord. There is nowhere in the listing that states that this product doesn't come with a power cord. So if you want a phone that has a power cord look elsewhere.However, once you buy a power cord the phones seem to work fine... still need more time to evaluate that issue.

Great phone to use with wireless internet connection. We have Nextiva VOIP service and it was easy to connect phone. Sound quality is great so far!

The phone seems great, but it does not work with Teams.

I needed a phone for the office for a new hire so I go this one for myself and moved mine to another employee. Super nice to be able to see a bit more on the screen. It's a refurb I think, but it's like new all the way around. Very happy so far... The new web interface is modern and easy to use. Stoked!

I really like these. Bought them for the whole company. Much nicer than Polycom devices in the same price range. I've had zero problems with them on WiFi or wired connections. Highly recommend.

Didn’t come with the ac dc adapter to plug in phone.Directions are hard to understand. I’ve had it a year and still can’t figure out how to pick up the voice mails.
