this book contains nothing new.just stuff you can find surfing in the internet for a few hours.not worth reading it-the things are too obvious.

I bought this book for tips on beauty, diet, and fashion and got so much more.I would strongly recommend this book for anyone including teenagers to get a good healthy perspective about taking care of yourself. I loved each chapter...the beauty tips, the way models eat healthy, the fashion tips, but then I also was surprised to read about and love what the author had to say about holistic beauty. Respecting yourself, especially about professionalism...I wish I had this advice when I was in my early 20s fresh out of the university! Really great advice and a very easy read.

Ich hatte ein wenig mehr erwartet. Zugegeben, das Buch ist nicht mehr neu, aber die vergilbten Seiten und der Geruch stören mich dann doch sehr. Außerdem finde ich einige Tipps total bescheuert, andere aber auch ganz hilfreich. Es ist zumindest ganz hübsch im Regal

I bought this book as I love reading health and beauty tips - especially from models. Although some of the tips I disagree with, I found it very interesting reading about how the models actually do things and various parts of their routines. I think the book applies to model's lifestyles back in the nineties which is when the author Victoria Nixon was on the scene, I think current models do things differently and have very different health and beauty routines. Regardless I enjoyed this book and am next to read 'Supermodel's Diet and Fitness secrets'.

i have just started reading this little book and it seems really good. so much of the advice given by magazines seems to be marketing-driven, this book is not. i think it will save me lots.

Absolutely a great buy and so useful it has made a very welcome present for my daughter, who has benefitted by following the tips about skin care
