Yes it works on all 3 dogs, or 6 if you switch the button back and forth However, the 3 main buttons will only allow correction to each dog separately 1 at a time (ie: you push the red button, the black won't work until red is disengaged)

Q: Can this be used with an Astro 320 handheld?
