tasty barbados style hots sauce with a slightly sweet and tangy flavor
Great tasting Barbados style hot sauce that tastes to me more like a spicy BBQ sauce. Slight sweetness, tart, and smokiness, similar to a buffalo wing sauce. The sauce is somewhat more thin and running than I expected, but that makes it great for basting on meats for cooking. Not surprisingly, this is great on hotwings and BBQ chicken.
