1) it does not froth at the maximum level noted in the container2) after 7 months the unit has an electrical smell when in use. We were out of the country for 3 months so, the unit was used once a day for 4 of the seven monthsI would like a full refund of this product

The directions aren’t that great, it took me awhile to figure it out on my own, but after about four tries, I fell in love with it.

After 6 months the unit had an electrical smell when in use and now will not come on at all. Was used very littleI paid way to much for this junk!

I had to return it after single use. The machine would make this buzzing sound and continue to make it until I unplugged the machine. It only heated the milk to a lukewarm temperature. Not a good product.
