Chamois Butt'r Her' is a lifesaver, especially if you have issues with a blister on that ischial tuberosity or a nagging irritation. My bike shop guy suggested using this which allowed me to successfully complete a 60 mile event and subsequent 70+ mile rides. Always bring a packet to use during the ride.
