Great buy
Installed in my kids bathroom & they like it

Towels fit after you move interior clear slats outward.
Originally, I did not think that the towels fit until I moved the clear slats over into slot 3. They now fit perfectly! I am using Tork MB 579 towels, but I would think you could use any standard 9"-9.125" size multifold towel on this dispenser.

Tork Dispense
You need to use the Tork multi fold paper towels with it. The ones from Costco that are much cheaper are too big for this dispenser. This was disappointing and I felt that it was deceptive.

Refills for this product no longer exist. Bad deal!
Refills (that fit) no longer exist. You have to replace the innards and order another size towel. We just purchased the dispensers in November of 2021 and installed them all over our three story church. Bad deal!!!

loved it
when we renovated our bathroom my wife wants a simple and slim dispenser like this. Not available in amazon.ca so we order it on .com. The product work as expected. It perfectly fits to our small bathroom. Goodbye to towels... and more safe considering its pandemic.
