This supplement is natural, legitimate, and it tastes good. Woo-hoo go for gold to hit all three most important criteria. Invest in this product, you may or may not pay a little more than others but the ingredients are limited, there are no hormones added and is healthy as ever. And, it tastes good. This product was even recommended by a friend of mine, a personal trainer. I've used for the past two months now and see results up and coming.

I personally like this protein. I’ve gone through about 3 bottles of this. It’s not too sweet. It mixes well and doesn’t fluff up too bad if I put it in the blender last.My advice: Never ever buy the vanilla. It’s terrible. Terrible is a very nice way of putting it. If you buy this brand, go with chocolate or don’t buy at all. Spare yourself the pain of choking down your drink!

I buy this product because it is cheap, natural and palatable. But I really prefer to mix it in with fruit, milk and/or juice. It doesn’t really taste good on its own, and it takes some effort to mix. Best to do with a shaker bottle or blender.

This was easily the best protein powder out there but they changed the recipie and when you mix it, it becomes 90% clumps and foam. this changed about a year ago. I wasnt certain of this change until I got an old unopened container from a friend and have been using it this week, the quality is so much better than it is when I buy it now. Tragic how products always change for the worse

this use to blend so easy. Now with the new formula is all clumpy.

Average taste, not overly sweet or rich. Got a good price on it and would buy again at that price.

I can buy this here for half of what I pay at the health food store. Good brand great taste.

Good tasting... Easy to mix just the amount of protein you want. Each scoop is 10 gm...
