Company doesn't stand behind product.
Followed the directions to the LETTER. During the prep part where you need to put down the primer while it was drying it ran down the side of my trainer destroying my paint job. Finished with the final coat. The product did seal my roof, that part worked. But the side of my trailer has a lot of paint damage. Contacted the company and of course they denied any liability. "Not responsible for user application" or something like that they claimed. I followed THEIR instructions to the letter. The company either doesn't care about the buyers of there product or doesn't have a clue how to properly apply their own product. Either way it will damage your expensive RV. You have been warned.

DON'T USE THIS ON AN RV ROOF
I would highly recommend AGAINST using this product (at least on an RV roof) based on my experience (below). I applied it to a '94 Fleetwood Bounder per recommendations on the manufacturer's web site "A note regarding Fleetwoods; majority of Fleetwood units are made with Alpha rubber roofs and will also need the ProFlex bonding primer."The primer went on well, but here's the rub (per the PDF instructions downloaded from the manufacturer's site):"Once the ProFlex is applied, the Liquid EPDM must be applied normally within 24-48 hours to ensure proper adhesion. Once the ProFlex is applied, depending on your temperature you may be able to apply the Liquid EPDM the same day or need to wait until the next day. We suggest you check the setup of the primer about eight hours to determine how quickly it is setting up; based on the area of the country you are in and the time of year. The ProFlex needs to be tacky when applying the Liquid EPDM. If the ProFlex is tacky but does not pull up when you walk on it that is the ideal condition to apply the Liquid EPDM. If the ProFlex is allowed to dry the Liquid EPDM will not adhere properly..."I waited until the next day and the primer was tacky. Unfortunately it was SO tacky I couldn't actually walk on the roof without my feet pulling out of my shoes (boots might have been better). Perhaps if I had waited 48 hours it would have been less tacky and still worked, but that would have put me at the end of the recommended application window and I was concerned with getting into the following situation: "If the ProFlex is allowed to dry the Liquid EPDM will not adhere properly".The degree of tackiness made it almost impossible to walk on the roof and made for a dangerous (when the shoes released) situation, and made it VERY difficult to move around and apply the EPDM top coat.I'm not a professional, but have successfully done a fair number of jobs over the years including exterior house painting, two part epoxy counter top, complete copper rewire / city inspection of a house with aluminum wiring. I've never really had a big disaster like this before. The EPDM top coat didn't go on well (likely due to the difficulty of moving about the roof). I'm hoping it will at least stick and successfully waterproof the roof. Only time will tell on this aspect, but I certainly would have gone with a different product / technology in retrospect.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT - SEE PHOTOS
I had originally purchased their liquid rubber product because their ad said that it was good on "All" EPDM roofs. When I received the Liquid rubber the can clearly stated that "not to be used on Alpha brand EPDM roofs" So I pulled my manual and yep mine was "alpha" brand. In fact I found out that nearly all Fleetwoods about 15% of all motorhomes have "Alpha" roofs. I called EPDM coatings. They said that if you use the proflex primerfirst that you could apply it to all EPDM roofs. So I forked out another $165.00 (including shipping) for the primer. So in order for the product to work you mix the two cans together. I then applied the primer. I was very happy until the next morning, the product has liquefied and dripped down the sides of my RV. I still can not get this stuff off. It has completely damaged the walls of my RV. (See photos). Do not buy this product you will be sorry!
