Easy bulk descaler
I purchased this only planning to use it to descale my electric kettle, and whatever errant cleaning that could use a gentle acid. At the time of purchase, I found this to be a well-rated and cheaper option than competitors. My use doesn’t have the highest requirements for the product - I’m not eating it or according to other reviews, using it for bath bomb chemistry - but I felt that what I got was fresh since there were minimal clumps. From now on, I plan to use citric acid over white distilled vinegar because it’s concentrated, compact, and not as pungent. How I descale:Add one to two spoonful(s) (less than a tablespoon) of citric acid to electric kettle, then fill with water to max volume. Boil and let rest for 10 minutes. Pour it out into the sink and rinse.

Good Citric Acid! Great concentration.
Used this citric acid for tincture extracts thus far. Oh was tested at a 1:1 ratio of citric acid and water ph tested at a ph of 3. Made making tinctures easier as I did not have to add a very large amount to get the ph I needed for extraction. I would have preferred an organic product as this in not organic although it states it is. Worked well. I know I will have no problem in using this for my canning needs as well.

Perfect for bath bombs, Competitively Priced
We utilize citric acid in our homemade bath bombs and homemade dish machine detergent. Sometimes it's difficult to source locally, depending on the season, the desired net weight, and other options. I was pleased to find 2 lb bag at a competitive price. I was a little wary as another reviewer complained this citric acid was not ideal for bath bombs. We, however, have no complaints about implementing it into either of our recipes. Enjoy!Bath Bombs1 cup baking soda (245 g)1/2 cup citric acid (100 g)1/2 cup epsom salt (110 g)1/2 cup cornstarch (65 g)1 Tbsp almond oil1 Tbsp water15 drops essential oilDish Machine Detergent1 cup borax (180 g)1 cup washing soda (290 g)1/2 cup citric acid (100 g)1/2 cup kosher salt (125 g)EDIT: The price has doubled ($7.5 > $15) since I wrote this review. Please keep this in mind in regards to the "competitively priced" verbiage in my review's headline.

Works Great in my Sparkel
Great savings using this bulk citric acid in lieu of Sparkel's prepackaged citric acid. Much less packaging waste this way too. I really like the durable reseal so the acid remains fresh.

Great for cleaning when the stores are out of bathroom cleaner
I haven't been able to find much bathroom cleaner in the stores since the COVID struck, so I mix this up with water in a spray bottle to clean the tub, tiles and taps. It works great on soap scum and grime, and brings everything up to a shine, as good as most commercial cleaners but without so much of the bad smell. Just don't get it in your eyes!

A reasonably priced food grade citric acid.
This is food grade citric acid. Cheaper than many brands. Citric acid has many uses. I use it to improve how my dishwasher cleans dishes. I also use it when wet tumbling shell cases when reloading pistol cartridges. Since it's food grade it is also used in some recipes.

Best shower cleaning product
This stuff takes out hard water spots and brown shower scum better than anything I've seen. It also makes a satisfying sizzling and foaming sound as you spray it on hard water spots and it reacts.I mix it about half cup powder to four cups hot water. Put it in a spray bottle. Best shower cleaner in the world.
