Softens wax but can’t see how it could possibly remove it?
Softens the wax but you end up with a load of mush in you ear so still partially muted in one ear which is screwing with my balance, one week on after mush and still partially deaf.

Really bad
I've been using Olive oil ear drops for a while to clean my ears, instead of cotton buds. Had no problems, drains easily. However, tried this brand today and it got stuck in both ears and blocked both ears, even though I used my other brand just yesterday with no problems. Very concerned and anxious.
