Jump rings were delivered like this. They also do not seem as thick as the ones I usually purchase.

Finally found a jump ring that I can use for my keychains. Will buy these again.

I purchased two orders of the 500 (1,000 total) piece 7mm jump rings, and they came like this. The bag they came in was ripped so all the jump rings were loose and only HALF of them were there. The rings themselves are good quality, but receiving only half of what I paid for is not okay. I thought the amount in the bag looked very small, but figured I was wrong. But no, I received at least 500 jump rings less than I ordered, and I know this for sure because I had a project requiring roughly 1,000 rings and I ran out around half way through. Its a shame, the jump rings are good quality so I would have continued to purchase them regularly had I not received only half of what I purchased in a damaged container.

These are the best jump rings I've used to date. I've purchased others in the past that claimed to be stainless steel, but were so flimsy I didn't even need to use pliers to open them, and they turned everything they touched green after a while. Not the case at all with these! They're SO sturdy, I have to bust out the good pliers to open and close them! They're slightly thicker than the jump rings you can buy at most craft stores, but this is a good thing imo. That just means that they'll hold up better than the craft store rings. The price at the time I purchased (around $5) was very reasonable, and the quality makes them worth the wait. I didn't count to see if I had exactly 500 rings in the bag, but I bought these back in January and I'm nowhere NEAR close to running out yet, so I assume the count was pretty accurate. I'll be buying more of these when I do start to run low. I won't buy the crappy craft store jump rings anymore. Those cost just as much as these do, but you're lucky if you get a few dozen rings in each pack. This is a MUCH better value, even at full price.

They were big which made them easy to use, just what i needed for my earrings, great price for the quantity

I ordered these along with another Amazon listing to compare. The packaging they came in stated they were from Valyria. These were 10 mm, 1.4 mm thick, very shiny, didn't have many burrs/felt smooth when closed tight, and felt quite sturdy/rigid. It was difficult to budge/open/close these with my fingers alone, which I expected with stainless steel, and so far they appear to be holding up pretty good with the wallet/key chains I've made.The other product I ordered was also from the same manufacturer I assume (Valyria), however, they were 10 mm, 1.2 mm thick and felt very flimsy. I was able to open/close those jump rings with a bit of force from my fingers alone - something I expect from say aluminum, but not stainless steel of this size/gauge. I guess the extra 0.2 mm of thickness made all the difference, or the metals used were different.I will order these again.

I used them to connect my clay earrings and they work good but I also need them a little bit bigger to fit them better but over all the are good.
