The beans themselves are excellent, but the bag is that kind of "hard" plastic film that doesn't really stretch and tears easily. I'd recommend emptying these into a more durable container as soon as you get them.

I cook up 4 cups at a time with no problem. I found I had little to no shelling and they had great flavor.

An excellent source of protein, and cheaper than buying them in a can.

Bit pricy but really good quality. Size of peas where larger then i normally get from stores and taste much better then i have tasted before..

Nice to keep on hand for spontaneous hummus needs.

What a con. This are just chickpeas under a different name. Very misleading. In the shops for a tenth of the price.
