It comes with a supply of extra bands in multiple colors.

Q: Can you write on both sides of the rocketbook while in the cover or do you have to take it out to write on it?

We designed the cover so you can use the book inside the cover and write on both sides of the book. Unless the pockets for the cards and/or business cards get overstuffed, it might then be bulky to write on the left page of the book. A few cards will allow for smooth writing. Since A4 is part of the ISO 216 standards, A4 measures at 8.3 x 11.7 inches, therefore is just slightly larger. However, they are both the most used paper size from their respective categories.
