Soft warm heat. Love the timer.

This blanket is long enough to tuck in well at the end of the bed. It stays in place and does not creep down during the night. LOVE IT

My 10 yr old blanket gets warmer than this new one & I bought the new one to replace the old one. Sent it back & keeping the old one.

Dual controls luminate at night and turn off on a timer. It's wonderfully soft and fleecy. Great for cooler weather. Temperature control selections are great. A lovely addition to a good night's sleep.

The blanket is warm and comfy!

I am always cold, and can’t make it through winter without an electric blanket. I’ve used a few different brands over the years, and this is BY FAR the best I’ve ever used.With my sunbeam, I regularly have to turn it up almost as hot as it goes, and while the blanket fabric is soft, you can feel wires through it.With the shavel, I can’t feel a single wire, and the blanket is so thick and warm that it’s my favorite comforter even with the power off. The heat is quick and even and HOT. In the wintertime, I feel like I’m freezing, and I’ve almost never had to turn it higher than a 2-3 (but keep in mind that the lowest temp here is mid 20’s, not below freezing, like some places get). I’ve had it for a number of years now, and recently, it’s not getting as hot as before, and I’ve had to put it as high as a 6. So even when it’s starting to wear out, it’s still plenty hot.One of my older cats and my young cat never want to leave the blanket when it’s cold, so I set it to be warm for 12 hours for them. The shavel only goes up to 12 hours, which is usually fine. The sunbeam has a “stay on” button that is better for when we’re out of town, and I want to keep a warm spot for the kitties.The blanket material isn’t plushy soft, but it’s soft enough. I’m excited to try the ones with one velvet side though!I want to buy two more for the different rooms in my house.Seriously, this is the best electric blanket. If you’re trying to decide, just get this one.
