I am not sure if I just got a defective one, since others seem to love this scoop. However on my first use, it bent back very easily, I did not use that much pressure. I finished getting icecream with a normal soup spoon so I think this item was just defective. Amazon gave me a refund so I am still happy

Handle bends while scooping.

Great product. Very sturdy. Works perfect on the overly frozen icecream. Scoops right into it. The price was great and fast shipping. I would definitely purchase another one. I had no issues with the transaction which was great. The product was exactly as described.

This is not a good ice cream scoop. The metal is so thin the ice cream would have to be melted in order to get it out. The Neck bends far too easy. In this case the low price reflects the low quality of the item.

I have bought so many over the years and this one is the best with carpal tunnel syndrome it was easy as pie!!! I was even able to make little balls on top which made my servings so cute..I served inside half a cantaloupe with french vanilla and made cantaloupe balls too and it was very classy!!! Made my guests day!!! Highly recommended ice cream scoop!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed. I would give it zero stars if I could. This is just a piece of thin, stamped metal on a comfy handle. The handle portion bent back a soon as I tried to scoop slightly softened ice cream.

Do NOT waste your money. It BENT on the first scoop and ice cream wasn't even that hard!! I don't know how/why other reviews are so positive. You get what you pay for.
