I purchased this item because it has the K2vitamin which is supposed to help the calcium absorb into the bones. These tablets are very large. There isn't a score mark for cutting but they do cut well with a pill cutter. The serving size is 4 tablets daily but I only take two. Supplement Facts: Vit D3 1000IUVit k2 100mcg. Calcium 1200mg, Magnesium 600mg. They are reasonably priced especially if you currently take the other supplements listed.

My mom asked for this brand vitamins for it's components. The pill size is a bit big, but it's understandable given how much is fit into it.

I bought the product first from the sale shelf of the local health food store, because I had been meaning to try magnesium for longtime muscle pains. I had tried everything else. Probably on sale because tablets are not chewable, not chocolate or other flavor and look a lot like horse pills, but I have been pain free since starting that first bottle of 90 about a month ago. Store of course doesn't stock any more. I was so glad to find on Amazon I ordered the 180 size. I don't know if it's the combination or the dosage, but I wish I had found it about six years ago!

This was an automated Subscribe & Save substitute for the item I knew and loved-I was used to Soft, gel filled capsules.These Are Large Hard Tablets that I could very difficult to digest and causedAcid Reflux.which is Very very unusual for me.Sadly , can't return.thankfully Inexpensive.I'll dump them my compost 😆& consider it fertilizer

So glad to finally find a good Cal/D/K/Magnesium vitamin that works as good as the now extinct Bone Care vitamins! I have severe cervical degenerative spine, which these have helped tremendously. They are big to swallow, but I can deal with that over the pain I had been experiencing. I highly recommend these.

Bought by mistake. I wanted the chewable. I can't swallow this supplement. Too Big. Breaking tablet in half not good, too rough on my throat. Maybe my plants will like the extra calcium. I love the chewable.

I think this is a great tablet, if only it were smaller. I'm someone who has no problem swallowing huge fish oil tablets, and I can swallow multiple tablets at once. However, this one gets stuck in my throat! I have to take this one one at a time, and even after I swallow them, they seem to be stuck in my chest for a while. I really like all the dosages in this supplement, but I really HATE the size or the shape - I don't know what makes it so hard to swallow. I dread taking it.
