Good quality but for me the taste is a bit sweet than I expected, you can easily taste the raw cacao taste which is amazing and the casein definitely works, if the extra sweetness issue solved this will be the best casein ever

Very tasty. Does well in a smoothie but also mixes well with just milk or water.

As a CrossFit Gym owner and Active athlete within Jiujitsu I've tried dozens of Casein style proteins and this is by far the best! Its not overly sweet or have that gross sandy texture to it. Its a nice balance and cant recommend it enough.
