My granddaughter loves these shorts. City Threads quality is excellent. They wash beautifully and the waistband is especially good because it is a narrow and not wide like so many shorts of this type. I think this makes them much more comfortable. The only downside is the sizing. My granddaughter usually wears a 12 or 14 but in these shorts, she needs the 16 and they just fit. Any smaller and they would not be available to her because the largest size is a 16. I have no problem with needing to order a larger size. I just wish there were sizes larger than 16 available.

City Threads is the brand my daughter wears more than anything! She hates anything that pulls weird or has itchy tags or seams or rough fabric. Also sleeves that don't extend to her wrists, among other things. She is almost 5 and has become more and more picky about clothing. She has NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING I bought from City Threads. Glad I discovered it.

One note on sizing: these fit true to size if your child is slender.

Cute colors, but they look like booty shorts. Not appropriate for a 3 year old and not loose and comfortable for soccer
